Requirements

Recany approached Code Honchos for creating a Website for their Job Consultancy service. Recany had a major problem in managing all their candidate and employer records in one place and excel sheets/emails were problemistic. Hence requested us to create a complete CRM that has three dashboard modules (Admin, Employer and Employee). Additionally, a confidential job posting feature was requested to prevent improper usage of information. Overall a single CRM dashboard for managing the details of Candidates and Employers was the major requirement.

Solution

Code Honchos started with discovery sessions that included Questionnaires and telephonic interviews with the Recany team. We created hand drawn sketches of the logo and user identity which evolved into a complete logo. A fully customized website using Codeigniter & PHP with easier access to the necessary data was created. We collected data from multiple places (excel sheets, emails, papers, files, etc), placed all the entities in one place, making it beneficial for Recany and both the Employers & Job Seekers. Some of the notable features implemented are Featured Jobs, Latest Jobs and Top Employers. And for the candidates, two job search boxes were placed based on city, Job position and field. The confidential Job posting feature was added and we have created it in such a way to help the client view and manage it easily.

Results

As the numbers say, Recany was able to see significant increase in the website visitors and their complete recruitment process got easier with all managed under a single CRM dashboard. Recany management happily reported increase in productivity and process efficiency. Recany has won multiple awards and was honored by Silicon India Magazine and Business connect. The Job search and recruitment process were made easier. With access to the exclusive dashboard, our client found the process to be simple and time-saving.
