ABOUT ISIAM

ISIAM is an International Conference that is collectively organized by the Department of Mathematics from Bharathiar University and Anna University held in Coimbatore. The main aim of the conference is to instill and share the ideas of Applied Mathematics and computational advances related to all fields. The sole purpose of this conference is to create a platform for exploring and sharing ideas among Research Scholars and faculty members.

Requirements

Our client approached Code Honchos for creating a website for their International Conference (ISIAM). The previous conference held in Spain, our Clients wanted to maintain the same international standards throughout the website. The main brief was to create it with rich content about the conference with an elegant modern design. The two main fields insisted by them were the participant registration form and contact form.

Solution

We gathered sufficient information about the conference and the speakers with multiple meetings during the Discovery phase. We meticulously designed the website with interactive content about the conference. We highlighted the purpose of the conference with minimal design and clear Call-To-Action at the right place. To make the conference reach more people we also came up with Promotional Poster and Bookmarks as a value addition. To make it more purposeful for the participants, we have included sufficient details about the event and the locale.

Results

The main purpose of creating a website was to promote the event and make the registration process easier. At the end, we received more number of registrations (over 500) with organic views and substantial growth of new visitors to the website. The Conference was a huge success with more number of people from all over the world taking part by registering through the website.
